What Youll Do
As a Service Engineer youll maintain and service:
- Intruder alarms
- Access control systems
- CCTV
- Fire alarm systems
Youll ensure systems meet industry standards deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
How Youll Do It
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Service devices safely and responsibly minimizing risk and waste
- Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Complete accurate reports handover certificates and compliance documentation
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in the Fire & Security industry
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to lift and work at heights
- Previous customer-facing experience
Preferred:
- Relevant qualifications (18th Edition NVQ City & Guilds BTEC FIA)
