Position: CMA Echo Technician
Location: Ithaca NY
Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Shift: Day
Pay Rate: $55$65/hr

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CMA Echo Technicianfor an exciting job in Ithaca NY.

Responsibilities:

Perform adult-only (18) diagnostic ultrasound exams:
- Cardiac Echo (TTE Stress Echo)
- Vascular Dopplers
Independently conduct Stress Echocardiograms:
- Patient preparation and treadmill monitoring
- Pre- and post-test imaging (capture post images within 90 seconds)
Administer and document contrast echocardiograms (Definity)
Take manual blood pressures
Complete detailed pre- and post-procedure write-ups
Operate GE Vivid 9 ultrasound equipment
Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and workflow
IV insertion is preferred but not required

Requirements:

Certifications: RDMS RDCS RCS (all required)
Experience in cardiac and vascular sonography stress testing and echocardiography
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Reliable transportation for commuting between sites (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform exams independently
