Job Summary
Job Summary:
Support quality system implementation to meet customer and internal requirements and support new businesses/projects to obtain certification for product and management systems. Support businesses in continuous improvement of their QMS performance. Provide training on quality management systems. Participate in international working groups related to quality management systems standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems according to the approved quality manuals. 2. Supporting quality activities required by customers (e.g. PPAPs audits surveys). 3. Develop and maintain procedures and work instructions. 4. Provide training on quality topics (e.g. IATF 16949 8D methodology) 5. Participation in projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 6. Conduct internal audits of the quality management system. 7. Maintain records of nonconformities and implement corrective actions. 8. Analysis of customer complaints and implementation of preventive measures.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or technical field. 2-3 years experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems. Experience with automotive industry preferred. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methods. Good English language skills (reading and writing). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated proactive approach to problem solving.
