of all Client document & submitting it to CRM.
for maintaining client files.
of relevant forms & formats to respective dept. /team.
for doing online registration of all statutory clearance works like CTE CTO Fire NOC etc.
online portal check for application status of the clients.
with the CRM for smooth function of different project till site handover.
with different Govt. & Private Sector personnel in their offices for discussion/document movement whenever required.
of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations with regards to tendering.
of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organizations requirements.
in cost and price calculations.
of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
other task as assigned by reporting head time to time.
