Whats This Role All About

Were looking for a Clinical Educator to take charge of training coaching and skill development across our Youth and Disability Services teams.

This is more than just training its about building confidence ensuring compliance and making sure staff feel prepared and supported from day one.

Heres what youll be doing:

Running engaging hands-on training in clinical skills medication administration manual handling and crisis response.

Guiding new starters through induction and competency sign-offs.

Coaching and mentoring staff to build confidence and refine their skills over time.

Spotting gaps in knowledge and tailoring training accordingly.

Ensuring all training aligns with NDIS Practice Standards HSQF compliance and contemporary best practice.

Who Were Looking For:

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain).

Tertiary qualifications in nursing (minimum Diploma of Nursing).

Current AHPRA registration.

Experience delivering training and mentoring staff in Youth & Disability services.

Strong knowledge of clinical skills medication administration and manual handling.

Excellent communication skillsyou can break down complex topics and make learning engaging.

Queensland Drivers License Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening and LCS2 Clearance.
