Job Summary
Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN to join our growing practice in Jacksonville FL. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide outpatient care at the Baptist Health Sleep Center - 6930 Bonneval Road #2B Jacksonville FL 32216.

What You Can Expect
PRN
As needed coverage between the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
No call no weekends
