We like plants people and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape and now three generations later were as committed as weve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today were a team of a few hundred people but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a member of the Fresh Cut Tree team at Mulhalls Garden Home youll help customers find and select the perfect Christmas tree for their home. When not with a customer youll help keep the sales floor full by executing our Fresh Cut Tree process which includes removing netting transporting and hanging trees on our sales floor.
YOUR IMPACT
o Model our three-step Every Experience Counts process: Introduce Yourself Let Me Take Care of That and Keep It Seamless
o Own our Evergreen Guarantee the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience
o Actively welcome customers and assist them in finding the Fresh Cut Tree they prefer using the waitlist process actively contributing to our in-store experience
o Support our Front-End Team during backups at the cash registers by executing merchandise purchases returns exchanges and encouraging customers to enroll in our loyalty program and advocate for our Community Round-Up partner
o Complete tasks and responsibilities consistently referring to your weekly schedule daily zone schedule and side work checklists
