As a Fast Track Claims Processor you will deliver outstanding customer service and provide a seamless experience throughout the end-to-end handling of Accident & Health (A&H) claims. You will interact directly with customers across Europe ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your primary focus will be on accurately assessing and managing claims in accordance with the conditions of cover Chubb policy Best Practices (BPs) and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
This role offers a fantastic entry point into claims handling providing valuable exposure to the wider EMEA Claims Team. Youll collaborate closely with colleagues from diverse countries and foster strong partnerships ensuring that supporting our brokers and customers remains at the heart of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately assess and evaluate Fast Track claims including policy liability reserve calculations and settlement values applying appropriate tools and best practices.
Maintain claims data entry file indexing and documentation integrity across all systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
Adhere to the best practices outlined in the Madrid Claims Centre SOP(s) and EMEA claims regional processes.
Deliver a professional and seamless service to customers at all times anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
Respond to complaints or customer dissatisfaction promptly and effectively ensuring a high standard of care.
Handle incoming call inquiries and maintain strong client relationships addressing issues such as late claims notifications and case progress within SLAs.
Apply general knowledge of commercial insurance (A&H P&C classes underwriting or policy issuance) to claims handling tasks.
Stay current on industry trends and practices to enhance claims processing accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Team Leader Operations Coordinators and colleagues in a dynamic and agile environment leveraging Chubbs organizational systems and networks.
Actively contribute to claims operational initiatives and projects ensuring alignment with Chubbs standards and goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chubbs A&H products and services to ensure claims are processed in alignment with policy conditions and customer expectations.
Provide accurate information and support to customers and brokers ensuring a seamless claims experience.
Effectively prioritize and manage your workload ensuring timely completion of daily tasks within SLAs.
Seek assistance from your Team Leader for client issues beyond your resolution and contribute to continuous operational improvements.
