Were now seeking an experienced and people-focusedConcierge Coordinator to join our Dental team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our patients while leading and supporting our front-of-house concierge team.

About the role

As the Concierge Coordinatoryoull provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of our dental concierge team to ensure smooth operations excellent customer service and a positive team culture. Youll oversee rosters daily task allocation workflow efficiency and act as the first point of contact for administrative queries and escalations.

Youll also play a hands-on role in ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience - from the first point of contact to post-treatment follow-up - while supporting the development and growth of your team.

  • Lead coach and support the concierge team to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience.
  • Coordinate daily workflows rosters and task allocation for optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations troubleshooting and administrative queries.
  • Manage patient feedback and complaints in a timely empathetic and solutions-focused way.
  • Oversee administrative processes including cash handling invoicing daily banking and patient recalls.
  • Monitor appointment utilisation and collaborate with the Patient Experience team to optimise clinician schedules.
  • Support performance reviews and identify training needs in collaboration with the Dental Practice Manager.
  • Promote a positive collaborative and supportive team culture that values communication respect and continuous improvement.
