Job Summary
The Transportation Driver ensures a safe and timely manner of all items being delivered to the customer. Works with other personnel of Preston Refrigeration as a team to plan and route all deliveries.

What Youll Do:
- Drive company delivery vehicle to deliver construction goods to jobsites across the U.S.
- Load and unload cargo keep record of cargo deliveries.
- Refuel and clean vehicles when needed.
- Follow traffic laws and report any traffic violations to management immediately.
- Comply with DOT regulations and maintain E-log and log hours.
- Follow accident procedures and report all road incidents.
- Inspect truck and trailer prior to departure and report any mechanical issues.
- Adheres to Preston Refrigeration guidelines for expense reporting and submits to AP team in a timely manner.
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the continental US.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and motivated positive attitude.
- Assist around warehouse as needed during delivery downtime
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training.
- Ability to maintain a Class A commercial driver license.
- Must have clean MVR.
- Must be able to pass drug test.
- Must be able to travel out-of-state.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel 90% of the time with overnight stays when .
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items drive and sit for extended periods of time.
