Job Summary
At Ourisman Ford Lincoln of Alexandria we are looking for a motivated self-driven and hungry Internet Sales Associates who will be responsible for accurate timely communication with our customers about vehicles of interest. Opportunity for upward mobility exists for well-performing employees who hit targets and show potential. We are one of only two Lincoln dealers in Northern VA and have been a Ford dealer in Alexandria for 43 years so we expect any applicant to be able to uphold the high level of customer satisfaction that our company is known for. Each customer is unique in their needs and situation so the importance of growing with each new transaction is imperative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming internet new and pre-owned vehicle leads and internet phone leads.
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with customers of all different backgrounds and needs
- High energy
- Positive and energetic personality
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
