Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Lead to join our team replacing our outgoing Test Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and automation script development and execution with a passion for delivering high-quality scalable and high-performance applications.
As a Test Lead you will collaborate closely with front-end leads developers Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable solutions that meet client expectations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Automate test cases for the applications and make them robust and executed on time.
Create and enhance test scripts to improve automation efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate closely with development teams to gain insights into system functionality and ensure thorough testing.
Estimate and track testing progress ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans test cases and defect reports.
Participate in peer reviews of testing processes and proactively address any identified roadblocks.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) for the product gaining deep knowledge to drive effective testing strategies.
