Position: Sales Processes & Systems Coordinator

Location: Warsaw / BYD Polska
About the Role
The person in this role is responsible for coordinating sales and CRM processes within BYD Polska.
This position supports the Sales and Marketing teams in data analysis reporting process optimization and maintaining high-quality information in CRM systems.
The Sales Processes & Systems Coordinator serves as a key link between the Sales Marketing and IT departments and BYD Europe headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop CRM processes (configuration implementation user training with the Training Department).
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in reporting sales funnel results orders registrations and production status.
- Coordinate data flow between dealers BYD Polska headquarters and BYD Europe.
- Monitor data quality and consistency in CRM and DMS systems.
- Collaborate with IT Marketing and Finance teams on system integration and development of sales tools.
- Participate in optimization projects related to sales processes and customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support data analysis or CRM management (preferred industries: automotive FMCG retail).
- Very good knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce DMS or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent command of MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy responsibility and proactivity.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support data analysis or CRM management (preferred industries: automotive FMCG retail).
- Very good knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce DMS or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent command of MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy responsibility and proactivity.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
