Job Summary
Are you a confident Year 5 Teacher who enjoys shaping upper KS2 learning and preparing pupils for the final year of primary school An Outstanding primary in Southwark is seeking a Full-Time Year 5 Teacher to join its upper KS2 team from January 2026. The successful Year 5 Teacher will start planning and induction before January 2026 attend structured CPD in January 2026 and teach from January 2026as a committed Full-Time practitioner.
The Year 5 Teacher role in this Outstanding Southwark school is both demanding and rewarding. The Year 5 Teacher will design ambitious curricula that deepen mathematical reasoning and promote fluent critical reading. The Year 5 Teacher will use high-quality formative assessment to personalise learning and run targeted boosters. Person specification Year 5 Teacher
We are looking for a Year 5 Teacher with QTS strong KS2 experience and a track record of raising attainment. The Year 5 Teacher should demonstrate effective classroom management creativity in curriculum design and the ability to communicate with families. The Year 5 Teacher will attend induction sessions in January 2026 and will teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 5 Teacher.
