About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join the school on a full-time fixed-term basis from January 2026.
This role is an exciting opportunity for teachers who are passionate about engaging Upper Key Stage 2 pupils and who wish to contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team.
You will:
- Deliver creative challenging and engaging lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Foster a positive inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and enrichment activities
- Opportunity for a TLR for candidates demonstrating leadership experience and impact
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 5 or Upper Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management differentiation and assessment skills
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Experience in a primary school setting is desirable
- Leadership experience is advantageous for TLR consideration
