Job Summary

Location: Remote-first (UK). Optional hub days in Newcastle Leeds Edinburgh.

What youll do:
Own end-to-end product design on web-first projects: flows wireframes high-fidelity UI and polished prototypes.
Prototype fast in Figma and validate with users/stakeholders before build.
Create and evolve design systems (setup documentation governance).
Facilitate workshops stakeholder interviews usability tests and C-suite playbacks to drive decisions.
Partner closely with product engineering and research to ship outcomes not outputs.

What were looking for

Experience: 58 years in digital product design (web-first; native app is a nice-to-have).
Figma expert: 3 years hands-on including advanced prototyping and components/variants.
Design systems: proven record creating and maintaining scalable systems.
Facilitation: confident running workshops interviews testing and senior stakeholder sessions
Portfolio: end-to-end process system-level thinking and real-world impact.
