Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to play a key role in the migration from an on-premises SharePoint environment to SharePoint Online (M365). You will help shape the future of digital collaboration by structuring information streamlining processes and guiding users through the transition to a modern cloud-based ecosystem.

Youll collaborate closely with IT business stakeholders and end users to ensure a smooth secure and efficient migration that enhances organizational collaboration and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the migration from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online (M365).
Analyze existing SharePoint structures and redesign them for optimal usability and information architecture.
Develop and implement solutions within SharePoint and the M365 Power Platform to support business needs.
Collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with related systems.
Support and maintain FRIS (Flanders Research Information Network) integrations.
Advise on migration strategies governance and user adoption best practices.
Assist colleagues in adapting to the new cloud environment and digital workflows.
Must-Have Skills
Demonstrable experience with FRIS (Flanders Research Information Network)
Strong experience with M365 Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI)
Proven SharePoint development expertise (SharePoint Online and on-premises)
Strong knowledge of SQL
Experience implementing and configuring SharePoint environments
Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory
PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management
Dutch language proficiency (mandatory)
Should-Have Skills
Experience with Acerta Connect
Experience with ESF (European Social Fund) systems or reporting
Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 for SharePoint customization
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps environments
Experience with AvePoint Fly Server for migration activities
