About the Role

You will be the creative mind shaping our entire product experience in aviation maintenance. From building intuitive workflows and refining our UI to defining our companys look and feel youll turn user insights into designs that delight. This is your chance to craft not just a product but the design DNA of our company.

Tasks

Define and evolve the end-to-end user experience of our aviation maintenance product.
Translate complex technical processes into clear intuitive user interfaces.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system across product and brand.
Collaborate with product and engineering to turn ideas into impactful features.
Shape the companys visual identity from product UI to website and presentations.
Lead user research and feedback cycles to refine usability and value.
Manage design projects independently balancing creativity speed and quality.

Requirements

4 years of experience in product design (UX UI) ideally in SaaS or complex systems.
Experience working across borders time zones and mindsets
Experience or genuine curiosity about aviation and AI
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership
Exceptional communication skills in English
