We are now looking for a Sales Planner & Analyst to join our global sales team. This role sits at the intersection of planning execution and analytics perfect for someone who is both data-driven and execution-focused. Youll design and run targeted sales campaigns track performance and ensure our resources are always aligned with revenue-driving priorities.

What youll do
- Plan coordinate and optimize targeted sales campaigns (seasonal pushes product launches upsells/referrals lead reactivation).
- Develop campaign structures: lists cadences messaging and incentives.
- Manage the global sales campaign calendar in alignment with Marketing and regional teams.
- Track campaign performance and adjust tactics in real time.
- Provide playbooks target lists and messaging for each campaign.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing-generated leads and Sales teams.
- Analyze lead quality productivity deal velocity and campaign ROI.
- Build dashboards and deliver actionable post-campaign insights.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting modeling pipeline contribution and quota attainment.
- Design fill-in campaigns during low inbound periods and reactivate older leads.
- Act as a liaison between Sales Marketing RevOps and Country Managers.
- Share best practices and campaign learnings across markets.
What were looking for
- Degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or related field.
- 3 years experience in Sales Analytics Sales Operations or Campaign Planning (D2C/e-commerce a plus).
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and BI tools.
- Experienced in designing and executing measurable sales or marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in English (C1); additional European languages a plus.
- Proactive structured and collaborative comfortable moving between strategy analysis and execution.
