Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear learning objectives for children aged 612 that foster future-ready skills across subjects such as AI literacy sustainability and innovation.
- Transform these objectives into immersive story-driven and interactive learning journeys that make complex ideas accessible engaging and meaningful.
- Collaborate with the learning science team to ensure content quality creativity and age-appropriateness.
- Develop scripts activities and interactive challenges that foster curiosity creativity and deep understanding.
- Review and iterate on educational content based on feedback from educators learners and the Sparkli team.
- Contribute to the creative development of new learning expeditions in subjects such as AI literacy sustainability innovation and more.
Requirements
Were looking for candidates who combine creativity educational expertise and a passion for reimagining learning. The ideal profile includes:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Child Development Curriculum Design Instructional Design Psychology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven background in curriculum design educational content creation or learning experience design.
- Experience teaching or creating content for primary students (ages 612).
- Ability to design structured engaging and age-appropriate educational materials.
- Expertise in one or more of the following domains: Digital and AI literacy Financial literacy Design thinking and creativity Innovation and entrepreneurship Sustainability Global awareness and cultural competence Health and nutrition Emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for content ideation and development.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Creativity organization and a genuine passion for helping children learn through curiosity and play.
- Bonus: Experience with game-based learning interactive storytelling or digital learning environments.
