Job Summary (List Format):
- Email & Digital Designer:
Responsible for designing and developing high-quality visually compelling and responsive email templates and campaigns using HTML Figma and wireframes.
- Campaign Platform Expert:
Utilize advanced features of HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including AMPScript Journey Builder and automation tools to create and manage targeted email campaigns.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:
Conduct rigorous QA A/B testing and rendering validation (using tools like Litmus) to ensure optimal email performance compatibility and deliverability.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with creative marketing and technical teams to execute brand-aligned campaigns and implement workflow automations.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor email performance metrics interpret analytics and use insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and personalization.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all email campaigns meet compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM GDPR etc.) accessibility standards and mobile optimization best practices.
- Template & Workflow Management:
Build and maintain scalable modular email templates and support platform migrations as needed.
- Technical & Creative Support:
Provide technical troubleshooting creative input and assist with light web development tasks related to campaign landing pages and microsites.
- Project Management:
Coordinate multiple tasks manage timelines and handle revisions to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
