Were looking for an experienced hands-on Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team and partner closely with a major enterprise client based in Frisco TX. This is an opportunity to support critical technology platforms lead talented offshore engineering teams and work directly with product and business leaders. Our client is a 40 year old healthcare solutions enterprise that creates discount health programs that are marketable to the employer profitable to the provider and economical for the member.

Act as the primary technical liaison to the clients leadership.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
8 years of software development including 2 3 years leading/managing distributed/offshore teams.
Strong expertise in .NET and cloud-native architecture; experience with DevOps/CI/CD.
Proven ability to design scale and secure enterprise systems.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills comfortable presenting to business leaders.

Bonus Points

Experience with Azure DevOps Kubernetes microservices.
Prior work in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
