Job Summary

This role joins the OT Lab team to process a large backlog of equipment and ensure smooth operational network performance. Its a hands-on system and network administration position emphasizing network troubleshooting integration and configuration within enterprise infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise-level support for infrastructure and business applications (servers storage and workstations).

Plan install and upgrade network and system components to ensure reliability.

Integrate software and hardware configurations to maximize performance.

Develop and maintain installation and upgrade procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve network/firewall and connectivity issues.

Collaborate with IT teams for hardware/software upgrades and deployments.

Document workflows configurations and performance reports.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or 8 years equivalent experience).

3 4 years of enterprise infrastructure or network/system admin experience.

Solid understanding of operating systems hardware and network concepts.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with VMware Cisco Palo Alto Arista Ixia Opengear Raritan.

Strong documentation communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

Strong organization prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
