Project Overview
Client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and deliver full-cycle Salesforce implementations. This position involves designing configuring and optimizing Salesforce environments across Field Service Marketing Cloud Revenue Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Youll collaborate with clients and internal teams to build scalable secure and efficient solutions that enhance field operations customer engagement and overall business performance. This is a hands-on consulting role ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce implementations with a focus on Field Service Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and public-facing communities.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs ETL tools and custom middleware.
- Build and maintain Apex classes triggers Flows and Lightning components to support complex business logic.
- Design field service workflows including work orders appointments mobile technician access and dispatching.
- Manage user roles profiles and permissions while maintaining platform security and compliance.
- Develop reports dashboards and data-quality tools to ensure operational visibility.
- Support field teams with training mobile access and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver well-documented scalable solutions.
- Use DevOps tools such as Gearset Autorabit and SFDX for version control and deployment management.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field with 1 year of relevant experience
or Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience. - Proven background in Salesforce administration and development (both declarative and programmatic).
- Hands-on experience with Field Service Marketing Cloud or Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator and Consultant certifications are strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
