This role will involve designing implementing and managing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RBAC role management regulatory compliance cloud integrations and operational risk management and a passion for ensuring secure and efficient identity governance across enterprise systems.

Job Description:

Trilyon is seeking a skilled Identity Access Management Consultant to lead IAM initiatives implement access control strategies and ensure regulatory compliance across enterprise applications. The Identity Access Management Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define roles map identities manage SoD controls and integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms.

The Identity Access Management Consultant will provide subject matter expertise in IAM design architecture and operational risk management to enhance security posture and maintain efficient access control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage enterprise IAM solutions including RBAC and identity-based role definitions.
Develop and maintain roles based on user identities including role factoring and role mapping.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define clear actionable IAM requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal IT control policies.
Conduct access certifications role management control testing and SoD control enforcement.
Provide operational risk management guidance to ensure secure and efficient access processes.
Integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with IT security and business teams to troubleshoot optimize and enhance IAM systems.
Provide analytical insights and solutions for complex identity governance challenges.
Support IAM strategy architecture and process improvements across the organization.

Essential Skills:

Strong expertise in IAM concepts RBAC and access protocols.
Experience developing roles based on user identities.
Role factoring and role mapping expertise.
Requirement gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and IT control risk management.
Experience with access certification role management control testing and SoD controls.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms.
