This role will involve designing evaluating and certifying cloud services developing security patterns and integrating them into threat modeling platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud security architectures (AWS Azure GCP) threat modeling application security and compliance frameworks with a passion for enhancing organizational cloud security and governance.

Job Description:

Trilyon is seeking a highly skilled Agile Architect to lead cloud security pattern initiatives assess and certify cloud services and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements. The Agile Architect will document approved security patterns integrate them into threat modeling tools and collaborate with architecture security and compliance teams to maintain secure and resilient cloud environments.

The Agile Architect will be responsible for establishing reusable security patterns providing guidance on threat mitigations and supporting continuous improvement in cloud service certification and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Service Assessment and Certification
- Evaluate cloud services against internal and external security requirements and control frameworks.
- Identify relevant threats define mitigations and collect assurance evidence.
- Support formal certification of cloud services by producing thorough assessment documentation.
Security Pattern Development
- Develop security patterns for approved cloud services and configurations.
- Ensure each pattern includes defined threats mitigations and implementation guidance.
- Structure patterns for clarity consistency and ease of use.
Threat Modeling Platform Integration
- Model security patterns in the threat modeling tool for target audiences.
- Maintain data quality traceability and alignment with organizational assurance frameworks.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with architecture security and compliance teams to streamline cloud service certification.
- Review updates from cloud providers and revise patterns as needed.
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance on effective use of security patterns.
Advisory and Governance Support
- Provide expert guidance on cloud security architecture threat mitigation strategies and compliance requirements.
- Promote adoption of reusable security patterns across teams.
- Contribute to risk management security awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills:

Strong expertise in cloud security architectures across AWS GCP or Azure.
Practical experience in threat modeling and cloud service assessment.
Familiarity with security control frameworks such as MITRE CAPEC CWE NIST 800-53 ISO 27001 or CIS Controls.
Experience developing and documenting security patterns for enterprise cloud environments.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
