This role will involve designing implementing and managing SharePoint Online (O365) solutions automating workflows with Power Automate and leveraging Azure services to optimize collaboration and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint Online Office 365 administration Power Automate and Azure cloud services with a passion for streamlining business processes and improving organizational efficiency.

Job Description:

Trilyon is looking for an experienced SharePoint Engineer to design configure and maintain SharePoint Online environments. The SharePoint Engineer will be responsible for developing custom workflows automating business processes using Power Automate and integrating SharePoint with Azure services to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

The SharePoint Engineer will work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure SharePoint sites are secure performant and aligned with organizational policies. The SharePoint Engineer will also provide guidance on governance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for Office 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design configure and manage SharePoint Online (O365) sites libraries lists and permissions.
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
Integrate SharePoint with Azure services and other Office 365 applications to improve efficiency.
Monitor and optimize SharePoint site performance storage and security.
Implement governance compliance and best practices for Office 365 environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online Power Automate and associated services.
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Provide documentation knowledge transfer and training to end-users and stakeholders.
Support migration upgrade and enhancement projects for SharePoint and Office 365.
Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Power Automate and Azure features and industry trends.

Essential Skills:

Expertise in SharePoint Online (O365) administration and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow automation.
Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Office 365 applications.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage permissions security and compliance in Office 365 environments.
