Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Support/Deskside Support

Location: Florham Park NJ

Duration: 1 Year

Job Description:

  • Install configure and maintain desktop hardware software printers and peripherals.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person phone and remote assistance.
  • Manage user accounts permissions and access in Active Directory and other systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates patches and antivirus management.
  • Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues on desktops and laptops.
  • Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices according to organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects.
  • Asset Management and imaging
  • Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
