Technical Product Owner

Role: Technical Product Owner
Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension
Location: Dallas TX (Fully Onsite)

Strong Experience in Inventory Management and SQL Database is Mandatory. Very good Comm Skill

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders clients and technical teams to capture and translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders; create detailed business process flow diagrams data mapping documents and integration specifications
• Own and groom the product backlog; prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements support sprint planning and ensure successful implementation of features
• Analyse complex system integrations and data flows to identify gaps dependencies and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with QA and development to define acceptance criteria and validate the functionality of delivered features
• Troubleshoot technical issues across systems including basic code-level debugging and SQL/database analysis
• Understand and interpret relational database structures write and review SQL queries and ensure data integrity across systems
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders from developers to executive leadership translating technical information into business terms and vice versa
• Contribute to the creation of internal and client-facing documentation including release notes API guides and integration support materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in product ownership business analysis or a hybrid technical-functional role
• Strong Experience in Inventory Management is Required
• Strong understanding of system integrations APIs and data mapping
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and leading product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
• Proven ability to elicit requirements map business processes and define user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL); able to write and interpret SQL queries
• Ability to debug or read through application code (basic knowledge of scripting or object-oriented languages is a plus)
• Exceptional communication skills - written visual and verbal - with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Figma/Visio Postman and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices
