About the Role
- The Technology Solutions Analyst role in People Operations is a strategic role that transcends the traditional Business Analyst function focusing on innovative employee experience design and process optimization.
- They drive cross-functional projects as an employee experience design specialist playing a key role in reimagining the employee experience across internal programs and processes.
- This role will liaise between our People & Purpose and WoW IT teams.
- The Technology Solutions Analyst possesses strong communication and project management skills enabling them to work with key partners to understand requirements and shape deliverables ensuring were meeting key milestones on-time.

Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to processes and programs on a global scale specifically focusing on streamlining user experience.

Ensure project success including evaluating technical/functional requirements for completeness as well as influencing the future roadmap for an industry-leading strategy

Clarify ambiguity and adapt to constantly evolving environments

Manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a multifaceted work environment

Manage and adapt to ensure timely delivery of projects working closely with cross-functional teams

Influence the strategic roadmap for an industry-leading employee experience leveraging strong communication and project management skills to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones

Challenge existing assumptions and configurations transforming challenges into opportunities for continuous system and process improvements

Drive employee-centric and service minded solutions when evaluating and delivering key processes.

About You
Basic Qualifications
-
7 years experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) within HR functional areas implementing and supporting HR and Compliance processes in the client
-
End-to-end implementation experience including project management issue management communication and change management
-
Experience communicating effectively with different levels within the organization as well as with business partners and technical teams
-
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels fostering trust and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.

Multi-tasking time management & organization expertise
-
Working systems knowledge of end-to-end business processes within the HCM and the Recruiting
-
5 years experience supporting Human Resource Information Systems
Other Qualifications

Exceptional project management expertise encompassing scope definition timeline management resource coordination and timely delivery of results.

Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex objectives plans and outcomes clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple evolving priorities and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment adapting to changing business requirements while consistently meeting deadlines.

Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions
