Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Vehicle Evaluator / Automobile Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle conditions supporting sales processes and ensuring accurate valuations and smooth documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate valuation of pre-owned vehicles as per the assessment process and pricing matrix (For Freshers Training will be Provided).
- Perform on-the-spot evaluations and support sales officers during customer visits as required.
- Handle ownership transfers Sahamati and registration processes within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate and organize exchange camps at various dealer locations.
- Liaise effectively with the sales team to provide technical support and enhance sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Yatayat offices and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments and group companies to streamline operations.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and internal team members to support customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial credit and discount policies of the company.
- Maintain zero statutory non-compliance and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Comply with government regulations and internal company policies at all levels.
- Ensure implementation of all activities according to the logical framework and SOPs.
- Implement 6S housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Automobile Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with Diploma in Engineering and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems models and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent analytical decision-making interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong understanding of automobile market trends and valuation parameters.
