Job Summary

At ShopDeck we help e-commerce merchants set up and manage their D2C storefronts profitably.

Our Mission: make D2C selling as easy as selling on marketplaces.

Were at $4.5M ARR already profitable and recently raised our Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners (yes the same folks who backed Shopify early).

Now were building our online voice from scratch and we need someone who can protect and amplify it.

Role: ORM Intern (Online Reputation Management)
Remote (On-site preferred Bangalore)
Stipend: Up to 30000/month
Duration: 3 months (extendable)

What youll do:

Monitor brand mentions comments and reviews across all social platforms.
Craft professional human responses aligned with ShopDecks ethos.
Resolve issues end-to-end not just flag them.
Track sentiment feedback and insights to help us build a stronger brand.
Turn every interaction into an opportunity to build trust.
