The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing paid advertising strategies across Google Facebook and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills an understanding of recruitment marketing funnels and the ability to drive qualified candidate and client leads through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns targeting candidate acquisition and client generation.
Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitive analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
Track analyze and report on campaign performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the recruitment marketing and operations teams to align advertising strategies with hiring objectives.
Conduct ongoing testing of ad creatives landing pages and targeting parameters to maximize ROI.
Stay informed of current trends algorithm updates and best practices in digital advertising and recruitment marketing.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns preferably within the staffing recruiting or HR industries.
Demonstrated proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and recruitment funnels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience with conversion tracking A/B testing and budget optimization.
Exceptional attention to detail time management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads Meta Ads or related platforms.
Experience using CRM or ATS systems (e.g. Zoho Recruit Bullhorn HubSpot).
Background in copywriting or creative development for recruitment-focused campaigns.
