Job Summary
Required Skills:
Install upgrade support and troubleshoot Windows 7 Windows 10 & Microsoft Office (2007 to 2022 & O365) and other authorized desktop applications. Installation and maintenance of Desktops and Laptops in workgroup and domain model. Implementing managing monitoring and troubleshooting hardware devices and drivers. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers laptops printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards Installation and troubleshooting of client applications Handling IT asset stock and maintain IT inventory records. Installation and configuration of Outlook and troubleshooting mail problems. Installation of Antivirus and troubleshooting virus related problems. Troubleshooting of general networking issues. Handling remote desktop connection thorough VNC anydesk ammyy admin TeamViewer etc. Installation of Active directory tool and work on it. Replacing faulty motherboards SMPS RAM HDD CD-ROM etc... Provide L1 support Remote support co-ordination with users
