Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute field marketing plans to enhance school enrollments and brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement effective campaigns.
Community Outreach:
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses community groups and educational institutions.
Represent the school at community events exhibitions and education fairs.
Conduct school presentations and campus tours for prospective parents and students.
Promotional Activities:
Distribute marketing materials (brochures flyers merchandise) at key locations.
Manage and grow the schools online and social media presence.
Coordinate with vendors for print and digital advertising requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for consistent branding and messaging.
Liaise with external agencies for marketing and promotional support.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in school marketing or the education sector.
Excellent English communication skills spoken and written.
Proficiency in delivering compelling sales pitches (use of vernacular languages is not permitted).
Ability to lead and motivate a marketing team.
Willingness to travel approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% desk-based tasks.
