About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and an eye for detail to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating visually engaging marketing collaterals for B2B brands and enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Youll work closely with content strategists copywriters and marketing teams to produce impactful visuals that drive engagement and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality B2B marketing collaterals including social media creatives infographics whitepapers eBooks landing pages website design and presentations.
Support in the creation of static and motion-based designs for campaigns digital ads and videos.
Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
Collaborate with the content and account management teams to understand creative briefs and deliver within deadlines.
Stay up to date with design trends B2B marketing styles and new creative tools or techniques.
Assist in the creation of visual assets for client pitches and internal marketing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

24 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); experience with Figma is a must Canva will be a plus.
Strong understanding of layout typography and color theory.
Creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility.
Ability to interpret briefs manage timelines and deliver designs under tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Good to Have

Experience working with B2B or tech brands.
Familiarity with basic motion design or video editing tools (After Effects Premiere Pro).
Understanding performance marketing and social media design best practices.
Exposure to AI-based design tools (e.g. ChatGPT Gamma or Lottie).
