What youll do:
Provide onsite and desk-side support to end users for hardware software and peripheral devices.
Resolve incidents and requests within SLA documenting updates daily.
Build configure and troubleshoot PCs and laptops including deploying Gold images and required applications.
Support meeting room technologies and video conferencing systems.
Maintain printers scanners and other peripherals.
Support mobile devices such as iPads iPhones and Android devices.
Perform end-user data backup and restoration as required.
Provide smart hands support for data center equipment including component replacement and patch cable reconnections.
Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining data center devices under direction from Customer Tech Support.
Perform daily tape changes and manage tape library import/export tasks.
Follow standard procedures and adhere to workplace ethics and conduct.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Experience installing configuring and maintaining computer hardware peripherals and operating systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining mobile devices (iOS Android).
Proven experience with SCCM / Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions preferred.
Knowledge of Mac OS preferred.
Experience with endpoint management software desktop provisioning technologies and PXE.
Proficient in Windows printing and scanning operations including networked and office devices.
Ability to activate configure and support enterprise mobile software.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Behavioral / Soft Skills:
Strong customer-facing skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Demonstrates independent proactive and solution-oriented thinking.
Builds and maintains effective relationships within the team across the business and with Professional Services.
Adheres to established standards workplace ethics and professional conduct.
