Your role as a Personal Assistant:

You will provide administrative support to the Creative Director assisting with daily tasks managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the Creative Directors calendar by scheduling appointments and sending timely reminders.
  • Respond to emails phone calls and all correspondence promptly
  • Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Attend client consultations and take notes.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and client proposals
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
  • Represent the brand professionally and positively.




Requirements

Requirements

A bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience working as a personal assistant/ admin assistant.
Knowledge of the fashion industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
