Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Writer to support the development of high-quality proposals for embassy and international funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling grant proposals strong knowledge of embassy grant requirements and the ability to translate organizational goals into persuasive fundable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify embassy and international funding opportunities relevant to the organizations programs and priorities.

Strong understanding of embassy funding mechanisms regulations and reporting requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research analytical and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to write compelling concise narratives.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in NGOs international development or government relations.
Familiarity with project budgeting and financial documentation for grants.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes.
