The Proposal & Localization Officer at Alnafitha IT plays a mission-critical role in driving proposal excellence and cultural localization within the sales cycle. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the full lifecycle of high-stakes proposals bids and RFPs across enterprise and government addition the officer ensures that all client-facing sales documents are accurately localized culturally relevant and linguistically precise to enhance engagement credibility and win probability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospal Development & Bid Management
Leading the planning creation editing and submission of technical commercial proposals Request for information (RFI) Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) in response to enterprise and government opportunities to ensure high-quality complaint and compelling proposals
Content Localization & cultural Adaptation
Translate and adapt sales proposals and brochures into Arabic (and dialect-specific variations); adjust tone style and cultural context to fit regional preferences
Submission Planning & Deadline Management
Manage submission timelines internal review processes and post-submission follow-ups.
Track multiple concurrent proposals using shared calendars and workflow tools to meet critical client and tender deadlines without compromising proposal quality or completeness
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with Product Presales and Marketing to gather inputs review content ensure pricing accuracy and align deliverables
Market Insight & Localization Innovation
Stay updated on regional proposal standards localization technologies and cultural expectations.
Recommend improvements in format tone and tools to maintain competitiveness align with evolving client expectations and drive innovation in client communication
Sales Content Repository Management
Maintain an updated and accessible library of proposal templates product descriptions compliance documents and reusable content blocks to improve speed and consistency across proposals reduce rework and ensure alignment with brand and solution standards
Proposal Quality & Compliance Assurance
Conduct detailed reviews of proposal formatting compliance criteria document structure and legal language to reduce disqualification risk present a professional image and ensure contractual clarity
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business marketing Communication Information Technology or a related field
- Experience: 6 10 years of hands-on experience in proposal management sales enablement or localization coordination preferably within the IT consulting or enterprise services sectors
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English with excellent writing editing and proofreading skills in both
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end proposal processes: RFP/RFI analysis stakeholder collaboration compliance documentation and submission tracking
- Strong ability to culturally adapt sales and marketing materials contracts and technical documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) Adobe Acrobat and proposal management tools
- Direct collaboration with sales and presales teams on strategic proposals and presentations is required
- Strong project management time management organizational skills and communication skills.
