[SO] Security Consultant (Open for EngineerIT Comtor with Japanese & English)

Your main responsibility would be:

• Work directly with leading OEMs to shape the cybersecurity of next-generation vehicles. Your expertise will make a real impact on the future of automotive innovation. 

• TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) Assessment & Compliance: 

  • Lead TARA assessments across automotive projects. 

  • Define and develop cybersecurity requirements and security concepts. 

  • Ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155 standards for the latest automotive technologies. 

• Supplier Management: 

  • Assess and provide mentorship to suppliers on cybersecurity deliverables. 

  • Review and elevate the quality of supplier work products to meet internal and industry standards. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between global OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and partners for all cybersecurity-related matters. 

  • Manage supplier schedules and align security milestones with project timelines. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field. 

• 04 relevant experience (Cybersecurity is plus)

• Strong knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155 standards. 

• Hands-on experience with TARA methodology and security concept development. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills 

• Fluent in both Japanese and English (business-level or higher in both spoken and written communication) 

• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and security domains.
