Job Summary
Were looking for a Zoho Business Solutions Intern to join our team in implementing business solutions using the Zoho ecosystem (CRM Project Creator etc.). This role is perfect for someone who loves bridging the gap between business needs and technology combining analytical thinking customer interaction and low-code development.
As a Zoho Business Solutions Intern you will:
- Understand client business needs and translate them into workflows and applications using Zoho
- Configure and customize Zoho apps (CRM Creator Project Desk etc.) using drag-and-drop tools and basic scripting (Deluge)
- Automate processes and build reports forms and dashboards to support business operations
- Collaborate with the team to test document and deploy solutions
- Prepare user manuals and assist in training client users
Qualifications :
- Good business mindset and logical thinking
- Experience with any business software (CRM ERP HRM...) is a plus
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript is a bonus)
- Curious about how business systems work and eager to learn Zoho (training provided)
- Good communication skills proactive learning attitude and attention to detail
- Able to read documentation in English
