Job Summary
- Keep our clinic running like clockwork by overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth efficient workflows.
- Be the right hand to our dentists and oral health professionals providing seamless chairside support during procedures
- Take ownership of stock management sterilisation and infection control keeping our clinic safe spotless and well-organised
- Lead and inspire our dental assistant team through hands-on training guidance and support
- Champion compliance with all health safety and clinical regulations
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience every day helping create a warm welcoming environment our patients love returning to.
Qualifications :
This role is ideal for an experienced dental assistant ready to take the next step in their career expand their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on both the team and patients.
- Dental experience is essential with prior exposure to a similar role highly desirable.
- Proven track record in a dental or healthcare setting (essential)
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
- Exceptional organisational problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with a natural ability to guide and support a team
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Proficiency with dental software systems.
