Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the overall success of Captura Hall.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to improve service processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
