Job Description
As part of the Elevare Branding event team you will assist in the successful execution of corporate promotional and community events. You will play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly maintaining the companys reputation for excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup coordination and breakdown.
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event flow.
Coordinate with vendors team members and clients as needed.
Ensure all brand and quality standards are upheld during events.
Maintain a professional and polished presence at all times.
Handle event-related inquiries and provide excellent guest assistance.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Previous experience in events hospitality or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as needed.
Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
