Key Responsibilities:
Define Monetization Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue streams including advertising products subscription services and other monetization opportunities while delivering value to users and sellers.
Support Pro-Sellers: Design features and programs that help pro-sellers succeed on the platform improving their visibility efficiency and sales performance.
Drive Monetization Initiatives: Own the lifecycle of high-impact monetization initiatives from ideation to execution and optimization.
Leverage Data Insights: Use analytics and market insights to identify opportunities define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of monetization efforts.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering design marketing and business stakeholders to implement monetization strategies and ensure effective communication.
Enhance User and Seller Experience: Balance revenue goals with creating meaningful and user-friendly experiences for buyers and sellers on the platform.

Qualifications :
Experience: 5-7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of developing and executing monetization strategies.
Monetization Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue models including subscription services advertising products and value-added services.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in using data and metrics to inform decisions track performance and optimize outcomes.
User-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to balance monetization goals with user satisfaction and success.
