Position Summary
The Regional Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing global pricing policies within the Americas region while tailoring strategies to reflect local market conditions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for pricing-related matters collaborating closely with sales marketing and regional leadership teams. The Regional Pricing Manager will monitor pricing performance analyze competitive trends and ensure effective execution of pricing strategies that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement global pricing policies within the region customizing strategies to align with local market dynamics.
- Act as the primary contact for pricing-related issues within the Americas region.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance metrics including competitive pricing customer feedback and revenue trends.
- Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to execute pricing strategies effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership to proactively address pricing challenges.
- Communicate pricing adjustments and rationale to sales teams in a persuasive and constructive manner.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability when engaging with diverse stakeholders across the region.
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Economics or related field required
- 3 years of experience in pricing for capital goods or related industries with a strong service component.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Solid knowledge of competitive pricing strategies and value-based pricing models.
- Proven expertise in collaborating with sales teams to implement pricing strategies.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across regions and departments ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Skilled at communicating complex pricing strategies and data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive leadership.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to sales teams to navigate pricing challenges with customers.
- Proficiency with pricing tools and systems such as SAP or CPQ.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $113000 annually.
