We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with various stakeholders ensuring effective communication and supporting project initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings workshops and events with stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and follow-up action items
- Manage stakeholder communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of information
- Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities and their outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder interests with organizational goals
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or conflicts related to stakeholder relationships
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stakeholder databases and contact information
- Assist in the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
- Support the creation of presentations reports and other materials for stakeholder communications
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder coordination or similar role within a corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of corporate governance and stakeholder relations
- Knowledge of business operations and organizational structures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is preferred
