Job Summary
Your Mission
As IGA Domain Architect your mission is to define and guide the evolution of our identity and access management architecture. Working closely with the IGA Product Owner business stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture teams youll translate strategic objectives into robust future-proof IGA designs. You will be responsible for aligning SailPoint Entra ID and even privilege access management systems to IKEAs broader platform goals and transformation initiatives. Youll also play a key role in developing the transition roadmap that enables more applications and services to adopt modern identity governance patterns.
What Youll Do
Define and maintain the target architecture for IGA services at IKEA with a primary focus on SailPoint Microsoft Entra ID and supporting components (AD Entra ID Connect)
Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand identity requirements compliance needs and application modernization goals
Design onboarding and integration patterns that allow new and existing applications to consume IGA services in a scalable secure and consistent way.
Identify ways to automate and simplify onboarding processes using DevOps principles.
Support strategic transformation initiatives by designing identity architecture that enables system decoupling modernization and cloud migration
Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture function to ensure alignment with IKEAs reference architecture and security principles
Provide architectural guidance to the IGA implementation team ensuring technical consistency across domains
Document current and target states create transition plans and support governance activities related to identity architecture decisions
What Makes You a Fit
You have proven experience designing architectures for IGA platforms ideally including SailPoint or other enterprise grade platforms like Saviynt or One Identity.
You understand how to apply identity governance principles in large federated environments with hybrid (on-prem and cloud) landscapes
You are skilled at translating business needs and risk requirements into actionable architecture and integration patterns
Youre comfortable working with enterprise architects engineering teams and business stakeholders alike and know how to balance priorities between them
Youre experienced in designing for transformation - supporting application modernization cloud adoption and system decoupling
Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) SCIM role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) is a plus
Youre structured strategic and passionate about creating scalable identity solutions that enable rather than block progress
