Job Summary
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and AI initiatives.
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data movement and transformation.
- Manage and optimize data lakes data warehouses and streaming data systems.
- Ensure high standards of data quality integrity and governance across platforms.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to improve overall performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture flows and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to internal teams through knowledge transfer and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Suggest and implement automation improvements to enhance team efficiency using Python or related technologies.
Qualifications :
- 7 years experience in Applications Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency in SQL Python and Apache Spark.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure Data Factory AWS Glue or similar.
- Previous programming experience in Python including writing efficient scripts for data extraction across multiple databases.
- Familiarity with data governance and best practices for maintaining data quality.
- Effective communication skills in English both oral and written.
